Meeker RUC Thursday night barrel series begins May 7th. Every Thurs night in May with a rain out date for June 5th.
4 week buckle series - $20 nomination fee for buckles in 1st place in each D, per horse/rider per class. ( Novice rider, Youth, Open) And other awards dependent on the number of moninations received. Must attend 3 out of 4 for awards. Books close at the start of Novice class. Novice rider class is open to all riders with LTE less than $300. BBR and BRWF approved for each of the May races. Enter on SGP, pay at the event with cash only. Office opens 5:00 pm. Office fee $5. $1 BRWF fee added to open entry, 80% payback.
Classes: Novice Rider 3D (whole sec splits) $15, Youth 4D ( 16 and under) $20, Open 5D ( 1/2 second splits) $36,
Senior side pot (50 & up) 1/2 sec split $25. Youth can roll to the open.
Schedule as follows:
Exhibitions: 5:30- 7:15 pm $5, Novice rider starts at 7:30 pm, followed by youth and open.
