Benefits of an Equissage are to help keep the body in better physical condition, enhance muscle tone, increase range of motion, reduces inflammation and swelling in joints, promotes healing, and helps relax muscles.
A massage lasts for about an hour, and cost $75 per horse.
A massage will NOT be given when the horse is: 1
) In shock, 2
) Has a fever, or 3
) Has cancer.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for veterinary care. It is a great addition to your horse's current health care regimen.
