HPAF announced that they have received a grant from the ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) as part of the ASPCA Equine Fund to provide training for the horses who have been rescued from neglect and abandonment. "We are so grateful to the ASPCA for this very important grant. Training is the key to making a horse adoptable. There are so many horses in need of homes throughout Florida and around the country. Correct training for a solid foundation is fundamental for each horse so that they can become safe, desired mounts for amateur riders and find lifetime homes" stated Executive Director Morgan Silver.
