Sase Streakin Indian

Sase Streaking Indian is a 2024 APHA Gelding by Hesa Famous Streaker (1/2D stallion in North Texas) by Streaking Ta Fame out of Bartwo Indian Music (1D mare) by Cherokee Treasured.

Maverick is a sweet, smart and willing gelding. He is very well mannered and loves people and attention. He can lead, stand tied, stand for the farrier, back up, load, lunge, give to lateral pressure and is saddle broke (not broke to ride). He currently stands 15 hh, he will top out at 15 2-3.

He was on the track to be started next month, unfortunately he hurt himself in the pasture and broke the dorsal on his tail bone. His tail has been effected. It currently has a little movement, but only time will tell if it will return fully.

I have Xrays available upon request. He will require 4 months stall rest ( beg. Of August) w/ hand walking and supervised turn out in a round pen. Due to the instability of the injury he cannot be on pasture from risk of reinjury, mainly because he's 2 and can still do 2 year old things. I have spoke with many vets including at Texas A&M and they don't think this will effect his career as a barrel horse.

He is UTD on dental, farrier, vaccines, deworming and coggins.

I just have a lot going on and this was unexpected. My loss is your gain. Price is negotiable To a good home.
