Cheech is the best minded baby. At just a handful of rides he was going through water, loping circles, carrying tarps, etc. He is a beautiful mover and naturally stays up under himself. At just 2 years old (coming 3) he stands 15.2 hands and will likely hit 16 hands pretty easily. He’s not just a long legged gangly colt though, he is put together well and has all the makings of a true all around prospect. Cheech is good to haul, stands tied, ponies, goes on the walker, is good for the farrier, etc. He is friendly without being a pet and my son who is 4 can handle him with ease. Cheech comes from a long line of winners! His sire is a rodeo horse that even as a stallion can be ridden and handled by the kids. There aren’t many babies that I would trust to pull out of the pasture and hop on. I have not gotten to ride him as much as I had planned due to back issues but I do have some videos and will be getting more next week. This guy will make a rodeo horse overnight with his cool, calm, and collected demeanor.
