Trone is the definition of an all-around horse. He’s one of the sweetest, most willing geldings you’ll find and gets along great with other horses. He’s trustworthy and honest — anyone who can ride and isn’t afraid of a little speed will get along with him.

He’s a solid 1D–2D barrel horse who loves the rodeo atmosphere. He also clocks 20–21 second poles depending on the rider, and he’s competitive in breakaway, heeling, and sorting as well. I’ve done just about everything on this horse.

Trone runs both directions, though I prefer him to the left. He walks or prances up the alley quietly—no craziness. He’s currently shod all the way around. He’s never bled, but I do run him on Lasix as a preventative measure. His hocks and stifles are injected for maintenance.
